EvySim provides an AI-powered platform for practicing and improving communication skills through simulated conversations with 3D avatars. Our services include:

• Emotional intelligence feedback and coaching
• Custom avatar creation and scenario design
• Performance analytics and progress tracking

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as needed
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

5. Subscription and Payments

7. AI-Generated Content

EvySim uses artificial intelligence to generate responses and feedback. You acknowledge that:

• AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate
• The Service is for educational and practice purposes, not professional advice
• AI feedback should not replace professional coaching, therapy, or training
• You are responsible for evaluating and applying any insights gained

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EVYSIM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EvySim, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.
